Graphic Designer
FULL-TIME POSITION: Graphic Designer
JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for someone who can create graphic elements for online eLearning courses. Must be able to read, understand and interpret the provided learning material and use imagery to visually demonstrate the concepts. Images must be created and then organized in order to teach the content. Candidate will also be designing course user interfaces and will need to have a complex understanding of user experience. Some PDF creation may also be required.
PROFICIENT IN THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARE:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Acrobat
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 to less than 5 years
- Graphic Design and/or Multimedia
LANGUAGE:
- English: Proficient in reading and writing
- French: Would be beneficial but not required
TASKS:
- Create graphics for use in eLearning material
- Storyboard/prototype graphics for approval
- Optimize graphics for quality and file size
- Create PDFs of learning material for integration into courses

Multimedia/Web Developer
FULL-TIME POSITION: Multimedia/Web Developer
JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for someone who can create online eLearning courses using iPal’s authoring tool Flypaper. Candidates must be able to understand course flow and vision and have strong design and graphic layout skills. A strong understanding of user interfaces and user experience is a must. Some graphic creation may be needed. Applicant will also be in charge of updating company website using HTML, CSS, and JQuery/JavaScript.
PROFICIENT IN THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARE:

- Adobe Dreamweaver

Motion Graphic Animator
FULL-TIME POSITION: Motion Graphic Animator
JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for someone who can animate material for online e-learning courses. Must be able to read, understand and interpret the provided learning material and use imagery to visually demonstrate the concepts. Text, images and videos must be created and then animated to a script in order to teach the content. Strong Adobe AfterEffects skills are a must. Possible minimal audio editing may be required. Candidate will also be using other software to create various animated material (candidate will learn software upon successful hire).
PROFICIENT IN THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARE:
- Adobe AfterEffects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 to less than 5 years
- Multimedia and/or Graphic Design
LANGUAGE:

TASKS:
- Work with multiple assets such as graphics, stock video, audio etc...
- Provide rough storyboard concepts for approval
- Audio manipulation (mainly cutting and clipping - training provided if needed)
- Video manipulation, editing and compressing/rendering for final output

Instructional Designer
FULL-TIME POSITION: Instructional Designer
JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for someone who can design courses for eLearning platforms. Candidate will interpret material provided by clients (this may include PowerPoint presentations, word documents, pamphlets, participant guides, etc.) and design how a course will flow. You will be organizing content into lessons and modules so that they can be integrated into an online format. You may be required to write course material, so strong English comprehension and writing skills are a must. A strong understanding of user experience is also beneficial.

EXPERIENCE:

LANGUAGE:
